Looking to improve your game?  Beginning in 2025 our dedicated field hockey enthusiasts will be offering private individual or small group training sessions.  Sessions will be tailored to focus on areas of improvement athletes are requesting to work on. 

Costs are based on utilizing our spring/summer facility in East Greenbush, NY. We do offer to travel and will do our best to find a local facility, generally a local school, that allows district students a discounted price. Additional travel fees and if required, facility fees, may be added to the below costs. This will be discussed before officially registering through our TeamSnap registration process.

Cost:
Private (1:1) $60 per hour
Small Group (2-4 players per coach) $30 each per hour
